We also provide maintenance and modernisation services for the components, products and machine parts we manufacture. For example, the lifetime and reliability of screw conveyors can be enhanced through regular maintenance such as tightening the shaft seals and cleaning any clogged parts. The screw itself is well-designed and manufactured to have a very long lifespan, but the actuators, bearings and above all the shaft seals require regular maintenance.

We provide condition monitoring, maintenance plans and regular inspections for industrial fans.

The service life of machined parts can be increased by various means, such as surface treatment and modernisation of mechanics.

In many cases, improvements can also be made to the customer’s existing processes and old systems can be made use of in new construction. For example, gypsum conveyors can be reused with the aid of old conveyor blocks. We have worked on many modernisation projects in cooperation with maintenance companies, but renovation and modernisation work can also be implemented independently. All our modernisation projects are customer-specific, and vary in scope.
